Grate 9054
The stainless steel grate is particularly suitable for public building lobbies and kitchens, as its surface remains safe even when wet. This makes it an excellent choice for areas where floor safety is important.
Standard grate 9054 is 2 mm thick with a height of 30 mm. For passenger traffic with heavier loads, a forklift resistant checker grate with a 5 mm thick mesh is recommended. The forklift-resistant model is suitable, for example, for warehouse floors and chutes where the grating is required to carry a higher load. The grid can also be made to measure, so that its size can be adjusted by 100 mm.

Easy grid
The standard choice for the Kavika Kurasyöppö is the easy grid (height 25 mm), but it is also suitable as a grate for floor basins. Its special circular profile makes it more comfortable to walk on, especially in barefoot or light-footed areas. The design of the easy grid is ideal for use as a flooring solution in nurseries, schools and other curatorial facilities.
Kurasyöppö is stainless steel, so it is easy to keep clean. The easiest way to clean the basin under the grate is to spray it with water. A dirt basins sediment basket collects rubbish and loose debris, preventing it from clogging the drain.
